Working with Ximena, was the best experience I ever had. We had an initial conversation over the phone, I explained to her my current financial situation at the moment and she helped me develop a plan, focusing on paying credit card debt, increasing my income, improving my FICO score. About five months later, once the goals were achieved, we started the process of looking for my house.
